Our products come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, arrives damaged or differs materially from its description, contact us with your order details. We’ll help assess the issue and provide return instructions where needed.

For a major problem, you can choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, the remedy depends on the issue and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If we confirm a problem with the product, we’ll reimburse reasonable return costs you paid.
